Each house has a curved bay extending through all four floors. The Claremont Road elevation features two sash windows per house, with one set within a projecting side wing. This wing contains a triple sash window on the first floor, surmounted by a corniced pediment. Nos. 1 to 12, Grove Hill Gardens, form a cohesive group.
