Description

Nos 7 and 8, Grove Hill Gardens, are a pair of early 19th-century houses. They are two storeys high and built of stucco, with a cornice and parapet topping the facade. Each house has a curved bay extending through all four floors. The Claremont Road elevation features two sash windows per house, with one set within a projecting side wing. This wing contains a triple sash window on the first floor, surmounted by a corniced pediment. Nos. 1 to 12, Grove Hill Gardens, form a cohesive group.
