GROVE HILL GARDENS 1746 Nos 5 and 6 TQ 5839 SE 7/196 TQ 5838 NE 8/l56 II GV 2. Early C19. 4 storeys stuccoed. Cornice and parapet. 1 curved bay to each house through all floors. The elevation to Claremont Road has 2 sashes to each house, one of which is set in a projecting side wing with a triple sash having a pedimented cornice on the 1st floor. Nos 1 to 12 (consec) form a group.
