Description

Nos 9 and 10 Grove Hill Gardens are an early 19th-century building, originally dating to 1746. They are two storeys high and built of stucco. They feature a cornice and parapet. Each house has a curved bay that extends through all four floors. The Claremont Road elevation has two sashes to each house, and one is located within a projecting side wing. This wing contains a triple sash window with a pedimented cornice on the first floor. Nos 1 to 12 Grove Hill Gardens form a group.
