Description
No. 7 Calverley Park is a Grade II* listed building dating from 1746, designed in the early 19th century Regency villa style. This two-storey villa is constructed from large blocks of Tunbridge Wells stone and features a slate roof with a moulded eaves cornice. The façade includes five sash windows and a stringcourse. At the center, there is a curved bay with three sash windows, complemented by a hooded verandah on the ground floor. Nos. 1 to 24 Calverley Park, along with Keston Lodge and Victoria Lodge, form a cohesive group of buildings.
