Description

49 The Mall is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The exterior is stuccoed, with a rusticated ground floor and a string course. The parapet, which once had a cornice, is now plain. The ground floor retains its original glazing bars. The roof is hipped and tiled. The entrance includes a round-headed doorway with a semi-circular fanlight above a six-panel door.
