Description
This is an early 19th-century house located on Lower Mall. It is constructed of stucco and has three storeys and three windows. A central entrance is defined by a stucco architrave. A glazed veranda runs across the first floor. The building features a cornice and a blocking course. It forms part of a group of buildings with numbers 6 and 8 to 12 on Lower Mall.
