Description
This is a house located at 9 Lower Mall, dating from the early 19th century, with some alterations. It is built of brown brick and has four storeys, with the third and fourth storeys added in the 20th century. The house features two bays, and the entrance is on the left side. There is a wooden trellis veranda across the first floor, which has a tented roof. Above the veranda are 20th-century strip windows. This property is part of a group that includes numbers 6 to 8 and 10 to 12 Lower Mall.
