Description

Nos 11 and 12 on Lower Mall are early 17th century houses that have been altered. They are two storeys high, each with one window. The front is rendered and painted, featuring a band at the first floor. The houses have a renewed tile roof with eaves supported by projecting rafters. The upper floor has sideways sliding sash windows, while the ground floor features double hung sashes with segmental heads. The entrance to No 12 is located in a passageway, with the door to No 11 on the right and the door to No 12 to the left in the passageway. The wall on the left-hand return has been much reconstructed. The interiors have not been inspected.
