Description

This is a pair of timber-framed houses with 18th-century facades, located on Abbey Street. The houses are two storeys high with an attic, and each has one window and one dormer. They have been stuccoed and feature a modillion cornice and parapet. The roofs are tiled. Curved windows are present on the ground and first floors of both houses, with intact glazing bars. A pair of doorways are present, each with pilasters, a projecting cornice, and a six-panel door. The top two panels of the doors are cut away and glazed, while the centre two panels are fielded. Numbers 14 to 32 Abbey Street form a group of buildings.
