Description

This is a double headstone dedicated to Thomas and Mary Mockett, who both died in 1750. It stands about 7 metres north-west of the Church of St. Peter in Oare. The headstone is approximately 4 feet high and features two inscriptions side by side. At the top, it has a double-shaped head adorned with two winged cherubs.
