The house is timber-framed and mostly clad in painted brick; the original timber frame is visible in the upper right section, filled with plaster. It has a plain tiled roof, with a stack positioned off-centre and two gabled dormers. The single-storey structure includes an attic with a hipped roof. The ground floor features four wooden casement windows, with the leftmost windows having segmental heads, and a half-glazed door set within a central, gabled porch. Catslide outshots extend to the left and rear of the building.
