Description
The White House is a house dating from the 16th century, with cladding added in the 17th century. It features a timber frame that is clad with painted brick in English bond, while the rear elevation is weatherboarded. The roof is plain tiled and has four framed bays with a lobby entry. The house is two storeys high and has a hipped roof with gablets and a central stack on the left side. On the first floor, there are three glazing bar sash windows, and on the ground floor, there are two sash windows, both with moulded surrounds. The boarded door is located to the centre left and has a moulded surround, along with a moulded flat-hooded porch added in the 20th century. Inside, the full frame of the house is visible.
