Description

This is an early 18th-century house on the south side of Boughton Street. It is timber-framed and covered with mathematical tiles, with a rendered right return. The roof is tiled and half-hipped, featuring a moulded modillion eaves cornice, two hipped dormers, and chimney stacks to the rear left and right. The building has a regular fenestration pattern, including three glazing bar sashes on the first floor and two canted bay windows with lead tent roofs. The central door consists of six panels with a tented hood. A panelled door is also located at the end to the right.
