Description

This is an early 19th-century house pair, located on the south side of Boughton Street. The houses are constructed of red brick with a slate roof, featuring a cornice parapet and a hipped roof with a central chimney stack. The original fenestration includes four six-pane glazing bar sashes on the second floor, four eight-pane glazing bar sashes on the first floor, and two round-headed sashes on the ground floor; the left-hand ground-floor sash retains its glazing bars. The front features six-panelled doors within semi-circular headed doorways on both the left and right sides. All window and door openings are finished with gauged heads.
