Description

This barn, located 30 metres west of Valley Farmhouse, dates back to the 16th century. It is constructed with a timber frame set on a flint base and is weather boarded, topped with a corrugated iron roof. The barn features a hipped roof with a raking mid-stray. Inside, there are five bays with aisles and carved passing shores supporting the arcade posts. The roof is designed with clasped purlins and includes wind braces.
