Description

The Thatched Cottage is a house dating from the 16th century. It is timber framed with exposed painted brick infill and features a thatched roof. The building has one storey and a garret, with a hipped roof and a central stack. The front has three wooden casement windows and a boarded door. The left side facing the road is clad in red brick and has an outshot at the rear. There are also large 20th-century extensions attached to the back.
