Description

Town Place Cottage is a house dating from the 16th century. It is timber framed and weather boarded, with the frame exposed on the left side and red brick infill. The roof is plain tiled and features a lobby entry plan. The building has two storeys and a hipped roof with gablets, along with a stack located to the centre left. There are two wooden casements on each floor, and a boarded door positioned to the centre left, which is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets. An outshot made of brick is located at the right end and at the rear of the cottage.
