Description

The Pigeon House is a lodge house located at Belmont Park, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of flint with red brick detailing and features a timber frame with plaster infill. The roof is plain tiled and has crested ridge tiles. The building has a square plan with a projecting porch and outshots on the left and rear sides. It stands two storeys tall with a gable roof, which includes pierced bargeboards and a stack at the rear. The porch projects and has a corbelled oriel, along with a studded door set within a four-centred arched surround, accompanied by a side light. The outshots also feature pierced bargeboards.
