Description
Nos 84 and 86 on Chipstead Lane are a pair of 18th-century cottages constructed with weatherboarding and set on a brick plinth. They feature a ridge tile roof and have a symmetrical facade that includes two plain doors topped with bracketed hoods, along with four casement windows that have square-paned glazing bars.
