Description

The coach house located to the west of No 2 on Chipstead Lane dates from the 18th century. It features coursed rubble walls with red brick dressings and has been altered to serve as consulting rooms. The building is one storey high with an attic and includes a loading door in the central gabled dormer. The roof is tiled, and the walls are constructed of galletted coursed rubble with red brick detailing. The coach house has modern windows and a modern projecting extension.
