Description

The coach house at No 3, formerly known as Church House, dates from the 18th century. It is built of red brick on a rubble stone base and features a half-hipped stone slate roof. The structure has two storeys and an attic, with ashlar flush quoins. The east end includes lower garage doors, a first-floor loading door with a cambered head, and a small boarded window in the attic. The north side has a single 12-pane window. The west end, which faces Rooke's Lane, has cambered-head blank panels filled with black brick, with two panels on each floor and a pair of leaded casements in the attic.
