Description

Chippens Bank Cottages, located at Hever Station, is a Grade II listed building that features a Victorian refacing of a late medieval house, likely originally a hall. The structure has two storeys and includes five first-floor windows, with the second and fourth windows situated under gables, and two windows on the ground floor. It has a high-pitched hipped tiled roof adorned with ridge gablets and a rebuilt stack. The ground floor is constructed of 19th-century brick, while the windows are leaded casements, with those on the first floor featuring Victorian gables above them. The building also includes a gabled porch.
