Description

The threshing barn at Beggar's Barn Farm is likely from the late 16th century or early 17th century and features an asymmetrical design with four bays. The barn is weatherboarded and has a tiled roof, with later brick underpinning. It is constructed with stout, closely set timbers that include diagonal braces. The interior boasts heavy arch-braced tie beams and queen strut roof trusses.
