  1. Picturesque cottage of mid C19 appearance but date in porch is 1826. 2 storeys, 2 irregular bays on each front. Tudor style. Ornamental tiled roof in 2 layers. Road front has 1st floor left window in gable, breaking eaves. 1st floor half timbered with plaster filling. Ground floor random stone. Square stone central ridge chimney stack with diagonal stone shaft above. Casement windows with fancy leading except for plain, stone-framed one at ground floor left. Tiled, gabled half timbered porch on stone base, with fancy iron glazing in sides. 6-panel door, top glazed. Right return shows gable with double overhangs on curved brackets.
