Description

Stable Court, located to the north of Skeynes Park on Lingfield Road in Edenbridge, is a former stable block that has been converted into a separate residence. The building is two storeys high, featuring a central three-bay section with slightly projecting one-bay side wings, all under a fairly low pitched slated roof. The front is rendered, with stone-coped gable ends. A prominent tall clock tower with a bell cupola and a fox vane sits at the center. The original carriage doorways have been filled in, and French doors have been inserted. There are Dutch doors on the sides, and square paned casements, with those on the sides having hoodmoulds.
