Description

Waggs Cottage is a house that was formerly two cottages, dating from the 16th century or earlier, with a facade added in the 19th century. The building is timber framed and has weatherboarding on the front and tile-hanging at the rear. The right gable end features exposed framing. It has a plain tile roof that is built at right angles to the street and consists of two storeys. The roof is hipped with a gablet on the left side, and there is a brick stack on the front slope of the roof towards the center. The cottage has two three-light casement windows and half-glazed doors at each end, with the right door located under a flat bracketed hood. The interior has not been inspected.
