Description

The Old Bakery, now known as Lady Mor, is a house that was formerly a bakery, dating from the 19th century or earlier. The ground floor of the front elevation is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, while the first floor and both floors of the right side elevation are weatherboarded. The building features a plain tile roof and stands two storeys high. The front section has two short hips that are parallel to each other and positioned at right angles to the street, each topped with a deep gablet that is hung with plain and fishscale tiles. There is a brick stack on the left gable end. The windows display irregular fenestration, including two 6-pane glazing-bar sashes and a recessed 12-pane glazing-bar sash to the left of the ground floor. To the right, there is a 20th-century shop front with a half-glazed door that is accessed by three steps. The interior has not been inspected.
