Description

Jasmine Cottage is a house built in the mid-19th century. It features a timber frame with weatherboarding and a slate roof. The cottage has two storeys set on a brick plinth and includes rendered brick gable end stacks. The front facade has a regular arrangement of three windows, each with 16-pane glazing-bar sashes. There is a central panelled door with a top light and a flat bracketed hood, which is supported by a shallow trellised porch. At the rear, there is a lean-to extension. Although the interior has not been inspected, it is reported to have inset cupboards flanking the fireplace in the sitting room.
