Description

Valence Green Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, topped with a plain tile roof. The cottage has two storeys and a cellar, featuring a hipped roof. There is a rear stack on the left and a projecting stack on the right side. The front has a regular arrangement of two 12-pane glazing-bar sash windows. The central entrance consists of a panelled door flanked by two top lights, all beneath a flat hood. At the back, there is a lean-to structure. The interior has not been inspected.
