Description

Wright Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century. It is timber-framed and rendered, with part of the ground floor built in brick. The roof is plain tiled and has two storeys sitting on a stone plinth. The roof is hipped to the left and hipped with a gablet to the right, featuring an off-centre brick ridge stack on the right side. The windows are irregularly arranged, consisting of one three-light and one two-light casement. There is a ribbed door located up seven steps beneath the stack, and a lean-to is present at the left end of the building.
