Nos 21 and 23 on Earl Street are early to mid-19th century buildings. They are three storeys tall and constructed from stock brick, topped with a hipped slate roof and featuring an eaves cornice. The façade includes two sash windows with intact glazing bars and a central blank space. There is also a mid-19th century shop front.
