Description

This is a late 17th-century table tomb located 2 yards southeast of the south aisle of the chancel of the Church of St. Peter. It features a stone on stone base with a moulded plinth, a plain chest, and a heavily corniced lid. The date of death inscribed on the east end is 1693, although the inscription was largely illegible at the time of the resurvey.
