Description
This is a table tomb dating from the mid-17th century, located half a yard south of another tomb and two yards southeast of the south aisle of the Church of St. Peter in Bredhurst. It features a stone base with a moulded plinth and a heavily corniced lid. The chest has fielded panels, and the date of death inscribed on the east end is 1658. The inscription was largely illegible at the time of the resurvey.
