Description

These are a pair of houses dating to around 1840. They are built of stucco and feature three pilasters extending the full height of the building. The roof is slate, with a shallow pitch and deep eaves, reflecting an Italianate style popular in early Victorian architecture. The houses extend over two storeys, with a basement and attic. There are four windows across the front, and dormers are visible on the side elevations. The sash windows retain their original glazing bars.
