Description

Kington House is an early 19th-century property located on Old Perry Street in Northfleet. It is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers, and has a mansard slate roof. The house is two storeys and has an attic, with three windows and two dormers. The original glazing bars remain intact in the first-floor sash windows and the attic casement windows. A porch features two columns and two pilasters supporting a flat roof, which is concealed behind a rendered parapet.
