Description

Scruttons is an 18th-century building located on Coldharbour Road in Northfleet. It features cement rendered walls and a tiled roof, with new tiles on the rear and a catslide. The ground floor has two sash windows with intact glazing bars, while the first floor has three similar windows. There are also two hipped, tiled dormers. The solid front door, which may be original, is topped with a flat hood supported by wooden brackets. Original sash windows are present on both side elevations.
