Description

No. 2 Perry Street is an L-shaped house built around 1840, designed in the early Victorian Italianate style. The house is stuccoed and features a shallow pitched, hipped slate roof with deep eaves. On the ground floor, there are four sash windows with moulded surrounds, while the first floor has five plain sash windows. The front door is located under a small tented canopy supported by trellis work at the angle of the L.
