Description

Castle House is a farmhouse that likely dates from the late 18th century. It is timber-framed and weatherboarded, topped with a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and attics, set on a rendered plinth, with brick stacks at each end. The front features a regular arrangement of three windows, each with two-light casements, and there are four additional two-light casements on the ground floor. A central half-glazed door, which is from the 20th century, is set within a 20th-century brick and glazed porch. At the rear, there is a painted brick lean-to. The interior has not been inspected.
