ROWINGTON OLD WARWICK ROAD SP17SE (South side) Kingswood 1/111 Kingswood Farmhouse 6V II Farmhouse. Probably early C18. Rendered plinth; small timber-framing with rendered infill; old plain-tile roof; rendered brick ridge stack to right of centre. Single storey and attic; 2-window range. C20 six-panel door to C20 porch to centre. 3-light casements to left and right. Gabled C19 dormers to left and right with 2-light casements. Queenpost roof trusses to gable ends.
