Description
Kingswood Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It features a painted plinth and small timber framing with painted brick infill, topped by an old plain-tile roof. There is a brick ridge stack located to the right of the center and a 20th-century brick end stack on the left. The building is single storey with an attic and has a main range with two windows, along with a single storey and attic cross-wing to the left. A 20th-century door leads to a 20th-century lean-to porch on the left side of the main range. The fenestration is irregular, and there are two gabled dormers on the main range that contain 18th-century two-light casements. The cross-wing has a queen-post roof truss. The interior has not been inspected.
