Description
Kingswood Manor House is a 17th-century manor house located on the south side of Rowington Old Warwick Road in Kingswood. The building features a deep brick plinth and small timber-framing with brick infill, topped by an old plain-tile cross-gabled roof with a brick ridge stack at the center. It likely follows a two-unit lobby-entry plan and is two stories high with a three-window range. There is a 20th-century door leading to a 20th-century porch at the center. The ground and first floors on the left and right have two-light casements, while the center of the first floor has a single-light casement. The left and right cross-gables display queen-strut roof trusses. The interior has not been inspected.
