ROWINGTON OLD WARWICK ROAD SP17SE (South side) Kingswood 1/110 Kingswood Manor House 11/04/67 (Formerly listed as Kingswood Manor) II Manor house. C17. Deep brick plinth; small timber-framing with brick infill; old plain-tile cross-gabled roof; brick ridge stack to centre. Probably 2-unit lobby-entry plan. 2-storey, 3-window range. C20 door to C20 porch to centre. 2-light casements to ground end first floors left and right. Single-light casement to first floor centre. Cross-gables to left and right with queen-strut roof trusses. Interior not inspected. [ 111]
