Description

Brome Hall Bridge, also known as Number 38, is a split canal bridge located on the Stratford upon Avon Canal. It was built in the early 19th century and is constructed of brick, featuring cast-iron platforms with cast-iron trellis parapets. The bridge has a single arch and is uniquely designed to split in the middle, allowing the tow-rope to pass from one side of the canal to the other without needing to be unhitched.
