Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of rendered brick and stone, topped with plain tile roofs and features brick end stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a four-window range and a two-unit plan.
The central door is part-glazed and has a moulded wood surround, set within a 19th-century porch that is rendered and features round-arched openings on the front and sides, a moulded rendered impost band, a moulded rendered cornice, and a flat roof. The ground and first floors have 12-pane sash windows with rendered flat-arched heads and keyblocks. There is a storey band, wood modillion eaves, brick-coped gables, and two gabled roof dormers.
To the right, there is a lower two-storey wing that has a similar finish, windows, and storey band. To the left, there is a single-storey, one-window extension made of coursed limestone rubble, which also features a similar sash window. The interior has not been inspected.
