Description
Brenzett Place is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a plain tile roof. The building has a double depth and stands two storeys high on a brick plinth. The flat-soffitted eaves project from a slightly recessed wall-plate, and the hipped roof has hips that return to the right and left. There are slightly projecting brick end stacks.
The front of the house has a regular arrangement of three windows, consisting of two 16-pane and one 12-pane recessed glazing-bar sashes, all with splayed rendered voussoirs. The ground-floor windows have small later blind-boxes. The central panelled door is accessed by two steps and is topped by a plain rectangular fanlight, also with splayed rendered voussoirs. The interior has not been inspected.
