Description

This is a house row, likely dating to the late 18th or early 19th century, with a later addition to the left. The building has a timber-framed structure on a painted brick semi-basement. The front elevation is weatherboarded, with a brick gable end on the ground floor and tile hanging above. It features a plain tile roof, brick end stacks, and a brick ridge stack towards the left end. Two 20th-century skylights are visible.

The front has an irregular facade with four windows for Weston Cottage, and a regular three-window front for Western House. The windows are predominantly 16-pane sash windows, with one two-pane sash centrally located in Western House. A boarded door leads to Weston Cottage, accessed by three steps beneath the ridge stack. Another boarded door, fitted with a vertical light and sheltered by a flat hood, is located up three steps, off-centre to the right of the whole row, but centrally positioned within Western House.

A short rear wing extends from the left side, and a rear lean-to is also present. The interior has not been inspected.
