Description

Lake Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, topped with a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, set on a painted brick plinth. The roof is half-hipped to the right, and there are projecting brick stacks on both the right and left sides. A hipped central dormer is present, and the windows feature irregular fenestration with two casements: one is a three-light and the other is a two-light. The central entrance has a panelled door flanked by two top lights, all beneath a flat corniced hood. The interior has not been inspected.
