Description

Sea Lady is a mid-19th century pair of houses situated on Vicarage Road, Sandgate. The buildings are three storeys high with a basement, and are colourwashed. They have a hipped slate roof with two dormers. Long and short quoins are present, along with string courses separating the floors. Four sash windows with intact glazing bars are visible on each elevation. Two three-light canted bays are found on the ground floor, accompanied by later two-storey verandahs. Doorcases are set back within Tuscan porches on either side. Sea Lady forms a group with Endcliffe House, St Paul's Vicarage, Vicarage Cottage, East Cliff House, and Spade House, along with Radnor Cliff Crescent.
