Description
No. 8 Radnor Cliff is a mid-19th century building that stands three storeys high with a basement, and is finished in a colourwashed exterior. It features a hipped roof, now covered with pantiles, and includes two dormers along with a paired bracket eaves cornice. The central section of the building projects forward and has a cornice that breaks through the roofline. There is one blank window with a moulded architrave. The entrance porch has a dentil cornice, two paired Ionic pilasters, and a six-panelled door with fielded panels. The building displays long and short quoins and stringcourses. To the left, there is one sash window with intact glazing bars, set within Italianate architraves that include a cornice and brackets for the ground floor windows. To the right, there are two similar windows with cornice and brackets for the ground floor window, and a second-floor sash window at the extreme right. The property is enclosed by cast iron spear railings. No. 8 Radnor Cliff is part of a group that includes Nos. 6 to 22 (even).
