Description

This is a pair of mid-19th century houses located on Radnor Cliff, Sandgate. They are two to three storeys high with a basement, and are colourwashed. The roofs are tiled and hipped. The houses originally had two windows each, but these have been altered. Stringcourses run between the floors. Venetian shutters are present at No. 20. The doorcases are simple, with cornices. The properties have undergone modernisation, including the addition of ceramic plaques and a Hispanic arch. They are listed for group value, forming a group with Nos 6 to 22 (even).
