Description

These are two mid-19th century terraced houses, numbers 16 and 18 Radnor Cliff, built over a basement and with attics. They are colourwashed and have a hipped slate roof with two dormers featuring canted bays. The eaves have paired brackets, and the facades are distinguished by long and short quoins and stringcourses between the floors.

Number 16 features one sash window with louvred shutters. The right side elevation presents three sashes, including a three-light canted bay extending through all floors, and a central, projecting square bay on the two lower floors which contains a Doric portico.

Number 18 includes a two-storey projecting section with one sash window retaining its glazing bars and a single-storey left-side projection containing a doorcase. The houses are part of a group with numbers 6 to 22 (even).
